Factory Assembly Worker
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day (Monday-Thursday 7am-3:30pm and Friday 6:30am-3pm)
Location: San Diego - Miramar
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Factory Assembly Worker to join our production team. This role involves working at various assembly stations and contributing to our manufacturing operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble products at different factory stations as assigned
Operate hand and power tools including cordless drills and circular saws safely and efficiently
Lift and move materials weighing between 50 pounds
Maintain accurate inventory by taking stock and counting parts
Keep work area clean, organized, and tidy at all times
Follow all safety protocols and quality standards
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals
Required Qualifications
Comfortable using various tools, particularly cordless drills and circular saws
Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent attendance record and punctuality
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
High level of honesty and integrity
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
