We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Furnace Operator to join our team on 2nd shift. No prior experience is required — we’ll provide training! However, candidates must be proficient with computers and comfortable working in a hands-on industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate furnaces using a computer-controlled system to set time and temperature based on customer specifications
Load and unload parts and large tools using a forklift
Perform basic tool maintenance and repairs as needed
Scan and maintain documentation for traceability and compliance
Follow written instructions in English accurately and consistently
Qualifications:
Computer proficiency is a must
Ability to read and follow written English instructions
Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Willingness to learn and take initiative
2nd Shift Hours: 2:00pm to 9:00pm
