Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled sewing machine operators to join our production team. Operators are responsible for assembling sections of fabric—including acrylic canvas, cotton, vinyl, nylon, and other materials—using single- and double-needle machines. Projects range from canvas awnings and tarps to custom bags and specialty items. Operators monitor machine operation, inspect finished products for quality, and ensure compliance with company standards and work orders. When sewing production is lighter, operators may assist with general manufacturing tasks. Training will be provided for specific processes.
Qualifications:
Experience in industrial sewing is preferred
Knowledge of single-needle and double-needle machine operation
Ability to set up sewing machines and peripherals
Skilled in the use of scissors, knives, fasteners, templates, and measuring tools
Ability to read and follow work orders, instructions, and drawings
Physical ability to lift and handle materials weighing 40–50 lbs., as large-item orders are common
Hours: M – F, Full Time – 40/hr a week available
Salary range: $20 to 25 / hr.
