What You'll Do:
Operate and maintain our Waterjet machine with precision, ensuring high-quality custom foam production.
Kick-start and wrap up your day with essential start-up and clean-up protocols.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to a safe and efficient production environment.
Collaborate across departments to troubleshoot equipment issues and optimize production efficiency.
Ensure meticulous management of production records, keeping detailed accounts of operational processes and outcomes.
Prep material and operate the skiver as part of our production process, ensuring materials meet our high standards.
Uphold industry standards and operational protocols, with a keen eye for detail and safety.
Work closely with the team to maintain raw material inventory levels and contribute to the seamless flow of production activities.
Demonstrate proficiency in using measurement tools such as rulers and micrometers, with a solid understanding of basic measurements.
What We're Looking For:
Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
A problem-solver at heart with effective communication abilities.
High School Diploma or equivalent; additional computer skills are a plus.
Physical capability to lift 50-70 lbs.
A self-starter who can multitask and maintain attention to detail.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required – we'll provide all the training you need!
