We are looking for a key member to add to our "Leather Goods" division in our assembly & pre-sew department.
A great opportunity for a motivated, hard-working individual that likes to create and work with their hands. If you appreciate building high-quality products and work well with your hands, this is a great position for you. You will work in a small-team environment (7-10 people) building premium leather goods in a small-production environment.
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, but if you have past assembly experience, woodworking, hand assembly or other manufacturing experience we will train you to work with leather. We do work in a production setting with efficiency and attention to detail are key.
PRE-SEW PREP & CUTTING
Working with leather panels, strips & fabrics
Folding, applying adhesives
Marking & punching holes
Setting rivets on kick press
Embossing leather & logos
Cutting belts and leather straps
Use of some light machines
Must be good with your hands
Working in a production environment
Experience preferred but not required for this position
QUALIFICATIONS:
Good attitude & ready to work
Team player with high work ethic and crafting skills
Assembly, manufacturing or any other hand-work experience is a plus
Must be authorized to work in the US with proper documentation

$17-$20 per hour (starting hourly wage) - Pay will move with your experience and job performance
20-30hrs p/wk with the option to move to F/T with experience
