We are partnering with a local softgel production company to help find machine operator candidates their next exciting position.
Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd
Pay: $20-$21 DOE

Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
Set up machines for production, including adjusting settings and loading raw materials.
Monitor machine performance and ensure optimal operation during production runs.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Perform routine maintenance, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues or escalate complex problems to the maintenance team.
Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and maintenance activities.
Adhere to workplace safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Education:
At least high school diploma
Experience:
Familiarity with operating various types of machinery, tools, and equipment.
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor issues.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
