Shifts & Pay: $22.00/hour Monday to Friday: 5 am - 1:30 pm
$24.00/hour Monday to Friday: 12pm - 8pm

Position Summary
The Manufacturing Technician will work closely with engineers and production teams to assemble, test, and improve power conversion products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work and wants to gain experience in both manufacturing and engineering environments.
The Manufacturing Technician plays a key role in the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of power electronic systems. This position requires hands-on experience with electro-mechanical components and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and works well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assemble and wire electrical and electronic components according to engineering drawings and work instructions
Perform functional testing and validation of inverters and power systems
Troubleshoot and repair faulty assemblies or subassemblies
Inspect components and finished products for quality and compliance
Maintain accurate records of assembly and testing processes
Operate manufacturing equipment and tools safely and efficiently
Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve issues
Ensure adherence to Client’s safety, quality, and environmental policies
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
Proficient with hand tools, multimeters, and oscilloscopes
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and BOMs
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, ERP systems)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a production environment with exposure to electrical equipment
