Shift: 1st shift, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (must be flexible for OT)

What You'll Do:
-Master the Machines: Operate and support our advanced manufacturing equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
-Quality Champion: Follow all QSR, ISO, Safety, and Legal requirements to the letter, conducting line inspections to maintain the highest standards.
-Hands-On Tech: Set up, adjust, and operate production equipment, troubleshooting and documenting any issues that arise.
-Material Maven: Stage materials for specific jobs and keep track of daily labor on our tracking sheets.
-Document Like a Pro: Complete and verify documentation for every operation you perform.
-Mentorship: Guide new team members and share your expertise.
-Data-Driven: Collect, record, and analyze trending data to help us stay ahead of the curve.
-Quality Focus: Commit to our Quality Management System, understanding the impact of your work on the overall product quality.
-Professionalism: Exhibit top-notch behavior with internal and external associates.
