Small manufacturing company seeking Packaging Lead for 1st shift.
Mon-Fri from 7am to 3:30pm
Basic Functions
The primary function of a Packaging Lead is to manage by hands-on the day-to-day operations of the packaging department. Utilize personnel in the departments in order to produce and pack a quality product for delivery to customer on schedule.

Requirements
The Packaging Lead is required to have a sufficient understanding and knowledge of a manufacturing environment and shall have demonstrated acceptable verbal and written communication skills in English/Spanish as well as basic math skills. This position requires dependability, punctuality, motivation, and the ability to meet production deadlines, as well as the ability to work well with others. A Packaging Lead must have the capacity to contend with a flexible schedule depending on work volume. The Packaging Lead is hired by the Production Manager.
