On Premise Products is looking to hire metal preparation positions pint application. 1st shift 7:30 am - 3:30 pm. The applicant is responsible for preparing metal parts and applying powder coat.

Essential Functions
- Complete prep and application process of powder coating.
- Set up and operate variety hand tools.
- Perform in process quality assurance activities and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards
- Removes minor imperfections by use of mechanical or manual methods according to approved process instructions
-Experience with tools, grinders.
Experience, and Skills
- Must have strong English communication skills to understand verbal and written instructions

4. Stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours per day
5. Safely lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 lbs. frequently
6. Safely utilize step stools and ladders up 16 ft. to perform assembly tasks
7. Work in an outdoor (non air conditioned) industrial shop environment
