We’re a fast-growing furniture-audio company based in San Diego, CA.
Responsibilities - training will be provided - you will be working on-site at our Workshop
-Perform various tasks including cabinet building and assembly.
-Install and assemble components according to specifications.
-Learn our fabric and leather upholstery process; in some instances, you’ll be asked to participate in upholstery tasks (and we’ll train you)
-Repair or replace damaged components as needed.
-Ensure work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
-Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
-Take direction and participate in training/onboarding, be open to feedback, and work in a team environment to meet monthly build plans
-Maintain clean work station.
-Must have reliable transportation.
-Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
Experience
-Any woodworking/cabinet experience and/or upholstery experience is preferred but not an absolute requirement
-Ability to interpret written plans/illustrations/measurements
-Proficiency with wood working tools/hardware
-Detail-oriented and ability to multitask
-Excellent understanding of safety protocols when working with power tools and large machinery
Start date: Estimating the week of 9/16/24
Hours and Pay
-Pay will be based on experience and may be within the $20-$22 per hour range
-Hours: Estimated 25-30 hours per week
-Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
-There may be opportunities for this position to become Full-Time
