We are hiring PRECISION SCREEN PRINTER to join our team.
Job Overview:
The Precision Screen Printer will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining screen
printing machinery to produce high‐quality, precise printing on metal and plastic materials according to customer specifications. This role requires an individual with experience in screen printing techniques, color matching, and attention to detail to ensure each print meets exacting standards
Key Responsibilities:
Operate semi‐automatic screen‐printing machines: Set up and operate machines according to
work orders and production schedules.
Screen preparation: Coat screens with emulsion, expose images onto screens using light
exposure, and ensure screens are clean and free of defects.
Quality control: Monitor the quality of prints, make necessary adjustments for consistency in
registration, and sharpness, and ensure alignment with customer specifications.
Troubleshooting and maintenance: Diagnose and resolve printing machine issues, maintain
equipment in good working condition, and report technical problems to the maintenance
department.
Inventory management: Monitor and manage supplies, such as inks, screens, and substrates, to
avoid production delays.
Documentation: Complete production reports, log machine settings, and ensure accurate
documentation of production data.
Collaboration: Work closely with production team members, including designers, supervisors,
and quality control, to meet deadlines and ensure product quality.
Safety compliance: Follow all safety regulations and guidelines, including the proper use of
personal protective equipment (PPE) and handling of chemicals.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in precision screen printing, preferably in an industrial setting.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with different screen printing techniques (manual and automatic),
knowledge of printing inks, and substrate compatibility.
Physical Ability: Ability to lift and move materials, stand for long periods, and work in a fastpaced
environment.
Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail to detect printing imperfections and make adjustments
as needed.
Problem‐Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot printing issues and make necessary corrections.
Time Management: Capable of managing time effectively to meet production deadlines.
Communication Skills: Good verbal communication to interact with team members and
supervisors.
General Requirements:
High Scholl diploma or equivalent is required
Fluent English – oral, reading and writing
Regular hours are M‐F, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm. Overtime may be required.
Dependable attendance ‐ Reliable transportation is required
