Production Associate – Diagnostic Test Kits (3rd Shift)
Location: Carlsbad, CA

We’re seeking dedicated 3rd Shift Production Associates to support our mission of delivering excellence in health diagnostics.
Responsibilities:
Assemble and package diagnostic test kits according to detailed instructions.
Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and tools.
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet stringent standards.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Accurately document production data and processes.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related fields is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Basic computer skills for data entry and production reporting.
Schedule:
3rd Shift: Full-time, overnight hours 10PM-6:30AM.
