Sign company in Mira Mesa area is looking for a full-time experienced Signage Fabricator / Welder or apprentices willing to learn.

What You’ll Do:
Assemble and wire electrical components for custom commercial signage.
Weed, mask and apply vinyl applications
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
Perform layout, mounting, and lighting of signs (LED/fluorescent/neon).
Ensure all signs meet safety standards and quality control requirements.
Collaborate with fabrication and design teams to meet production timelines.
What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of hands-on experience in sign assembly or electrical work (preferred) but willing to train the right candidate.
Familiarity with tools such as drills, saws, and multimeters.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Welding experience is a plus.
