We currently have an opportunity in our master welder position.
About the Position…
-The Window and Door Finisher is a key player in our company responsible for finishing our architectural steel windows and door projects.
-Must be coachable and collaborate with the team, and to understand shop orders.
-Experience with automotive or bondo finishing a plus
- Experience with silicone and glass a plus
-Fine attention to detail and artisan craftsmanship with less than a 5% error rate, and can work with minimal supervision.
-Ideal experience with windows and doors.
- Industrial Painter will be trained in the following areas:
1.Prepares for painting by masking, stripping, sanding sections and components.
2. Blends and mixes primers, paints, and coatings to proper spraying consistency.
3. Must be able to perform detail touch ups.
4. Coordinates processes for painting production parts.
5. Strong attention to detail.
6. Coordinate repairs on QC wall with QC Officers
Your Background…
-Strong attention to detail and precision with finishing.
-Physical demands: lifting material up to 30-50 lbs required to move materials around the shop
-Environment: Subject to loud noise and hazards of moving parts, vehicles, electricity, chemicals and high heat
Qualifications
- Mechanical knowledge
- Manufacturing experience
- Industrial painting skills
- Construction painting background
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Proficiency in using hand tools
- Basic math skills
- Precision measuring instruments experience
- Auto body repair knowledge
- Valid driver's license
Salary Commensurate with Experience
