As a Job Coach/Direct Support Professional, you'll have the chance to build meaningful relationships and make a positive impact.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging in meaningful community experiences that cover social, recreational and community outings, transportation, safety, and communication. Get ready to have fun while making a difference!
- Implementing measurable consumer goals based on IDT recommendations and person-centered planning. You'll play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their objectives.
- Tracking and summarizing consumer notes, goals, and program documentation. Your attention to detail will contribute to the smooth operation of our programs.
- Participating in staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions. We believe in continuous learning and development for our team members.
- Attending to consumers' personal needs, including feeding, toileting, bathing, and medication administration. Your care and compassion will make a difference in their daily lives.
- Being prepared to provide physical assistance when necessary, following Behavioral Intervention Plans. Your training will empower you to handle emergency situations with confidence.
- Ensuring consumer safety, protecting their rights, and upholding their dignity at all times. Your commitment to their well-being is of utmost importance.

To join us as a Direct Support Professional, here's what you'll need:
- You must be 18 years or older.
- Proof of a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
- Successful completion of pre-employment assessments, TB, health and drug screening, LiveScan, and background review.
- Six (6) months experience working with adults or children with developmental disabilities and/or behaviors is preferred. Your previous experience will be invaluable in this role.
