Hours: Part-time, flexible (5–15 hrs/week to start)
Location: North County San Diego (hybrid: in-person + remote)
Thought leader, author, artist, and pioneer in the creative process seeks a sharp, dependable Personal Assistant/Intern to join a vibrant and meaningful nonprofit and transformational business.
Our Work Spans:
-Publishing books, workshops, and online classes
-Global performance art (TOGETHER, a five-year international project)
-Running a nonprofit focused on Creativity, Connection, and Consciousness
-Teaching and preparing for international events (Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, New Zealand – 2026)
This Role Is Ideal If You:
-Are highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
-Can balance practical administration with creative vision
-Are fluent in social media, web platforms, and digital tools (Instagram, LinkedIn, FB, YouTube, newsletters, Canva, etc.)
-Are curious, adaptable, and willing to learn new technology
-Are trustworthy, responsible, punctual, and keep your word
-Enjoy both supporting others and cultivating your own creativity/spiritual development
-Can hold the big picture while also handling details
Responsibilities:
-Helping edit, organize, and prepare book projects and online courses
-Social media & content support (posting, newsletters, YouTube channel, etc.)
-Event and travel planning
-Research and outreach
-Organizing documents, projects, and art materials
Compensation & Structure:
-$25–$30/hour depending on experience
-Flexible, part-time hours (hours will vary, approx. 5–15 per week)
-Paid & Volunteer Hours: For every 2 hours of paid work, you will also contribute 1 volunteer hour with our nonprofit
Requirements:
-Strong organizational skills; efficient and self-motivated
-Professional communication skills (email, phone, text)
-Stable life situation for part-time, long-term work
-Positive attitude, sense of play, and love of learning
-Tech savvy and social media fluent
