Special Needs Residential Administrator – Social Service Supervisor
Administrate Adult Residential Homes, located in Vista, CA. Provide for the care of clients with developmentally disabilities living in a residential setting. Participate and manage the daily activities, transportation, medication distribution and well-being of clients. This includes active treatment and behavioral modification in conjunction with the client’s program plans and skill building. The ability to organize, communicate (verbal and written) and prioritize effectively is necessary.
Supervise and train 16-20 staff members and ensure that all Title 17 and 22 regulations are in compliance.
BA is preferred unless experienced with I.D. population. Must be computer literate.
Salary: $75,000 to $95,000 per year start pay dependent on experience and education.
