360 Innovations is seeking a strong, independent Administrative Assistant/Outside Sales Rep for its San Diego location. Administrative and Sales support through a variety of tasks related to organization, reporting, sales, visiting clients and communication ensuring that duties are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Assist with driving new business and fostering new customers by cold calling from a range of accounts within the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
Present and sell company services to new customers
Prospect and contact potential customers
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
Set follow-up appointments with clients
Create sales material to present to customers
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to meet with clients
Proficient user of Microsoft Word & Excel, scanning documents and use of office equipment
A willingness to take on new responsibilities as they arise
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and the ability to retain and follow directions while also working independent
