Our ideal candidate would have strong administrative, communication and organizational skills. Advanced computer and Excel skills required. Accuracy, attention to detail and a positive attitude are vital traits for this position.
Duties may include the following based on experience:
Data Entry and Reconciliations
Customer Database Management
Communication with Vendors and Customers
Create/Maintain Filing Systems
Create/Maintain Excel Spreadsheets
Create/Maintain Client Binders
Download/Format Transaction Reports
Open/File Mail
Supply Ordering
30-40 hours per week with flexible hours.
Starting compensation $20-22 per hour, DOE. Potential for growth for the right individual looking for a long-term position or considering a career in accounting.
