We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our office in Oceanside. This position is available part-time or full-time, Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
Duties include:
Copying, scanning, and filing documents
Answering and directing phone calls and emails
Organizing paperwork and client files
Assisting clients in filling out questionnaires
Preparing and filing divorce forms and other legal documents (training provided)
Drafting simple forms such as Deeds
What we offer:
$19/hr starting pay
Paid training
Potential paid Notary school and commission after probation (great weekend side income!)
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation
Strong communication skills
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
Great attitude and willingness to learn
