Full time position, immediate hire. Seeking experienced staff member to handle office assistant and customer service. Must have basic knowledge of accounting including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and solid knowledge of computers. Duties will include answering incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments for customers, maintaining customer accounts/contract, and supporting staff members.
