Job Title: Entry-Level Office Administrator
Job Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt
Pay Range: Minimum $22.00 p/h and up to $25.00 p/h (depending on experience and qualifications)

We are a company offering top-tier customer service, reliable facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere. We're currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Office Administrator to support daily office administrative operations.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Office Administrator is often the first point of contact for customers and plays a key role in keeping office operations organized and responsive. You’ll provide administrative support, maintain records, handle phone and in-person inquiries, and assist with basic bookkeeping and scheduling.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and assist guests and current customers in person and by phone.
Handle general office duties, including filing, scanning, data entry, and organizing digital and paper records.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, phone calls).
Assist with tenant billing, payments, and basic bookkeeping tasks (training provided).
Coordinate with vendors and maintenance staff as needed.
Help prepare daily logs, reports, and internal documents.
Support other administrative staff as needed to ensure smooth operations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Professional demeanor with a positive, can-do attitude.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior administrative or customer service experience.
QuickBooks knowledge preferable.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position is based in an office environment.
Must be able to sit, stand, and move around the office and property as needed.
Occasional outdoor exposure when assisting staff or guests.
SCHEDULE
Typical schedule will include weekends (Saturday and Sunday a must), 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
