Looking for a bookkeeper / office administrator.
Must know how to use/ perform the following:
Quickbooks (QB) Desktop for Construction
Outlook/Excel
Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
Weekly Prevailing Wage Payroll processing (in-house using QB)
Prevailing Wages (DIR Reporting)
Monthly Worker’s Comp Reporting/Annual WC Audits
Monthly Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations
General Bookkeeping/Accounting – Prep & Run Quarterly Reports for CPA & Owner
DIR DAS Forms & Monthly Training Fund Contributions
Quarterly Payroll Taxes and Sales Tax Reporting
Monthly Construction Billing/SOV Updates/Change Order Processing
Contracts/COI Compliance/Lien Releases
Work Environment:
This job operates in a one- or two-person clerical office setting. Ability to manage time and work unsupervised is a must.
Position Type & Expected Hours:
Part time position, days/hours flexible (average 24-32 hrs weekly)
