This job entails providing scheduling support for construction project supervisors and help with clerical and billing tasks.
You must be proficient in customer interaction and information intake, scheduling, and communication with field staff.
This will primarily be an office position with occasional project site visits.
Excellent communication skills are required!
Qualifications:
Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Quick document formatting and typing skills are essential, including verbal dictation and transcription from written notes.
QuickBooks and Web based timecard program.
Experience with printers/scanners
Clear and effective written and spoken communication skills.
Good problem-solving skills and adaptability.
