High end Door and Window Installation Company is looking for part time administrative assistant for our small office in Kearny Mesa.
The candidate must be a dedicated, organized, self motivated individual that is able to multi-task. Strong attention to detail is necessary.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and emails
Set up appointments with customers
Prepare estimates and contracts
Schedule installation with customers
Maintain inventory and order parts from vendors
Order materials and equipment from suppliers
Accounts payable / accounts receivalbe
Prepare time sheets and calculate hours
Organize files (both digital and paper)
Qualification:
Proficient computer skills, including Word, Excel and Microsoft Office
Previous construction office experience a plus
Quickbooks experience a plus
