America's Finest Carpet Company is currently looking for several members to join our customer service team.
Job Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments with customers
Answer customer service related phone calls and questions
Process customer service repairs and complaints
Maintain filing system, data entry projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Outgoing and friendly personality
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
Dress in appropriate office attire
Customer Service experience highly desired
Prior administrative work in the flooring industry a plus
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel
Ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
Strong organizational skills
Quick problem solving ability
