Data Entry and Printing Clerk

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry and Printing Clerk to join our team. This role involves accurately entering data into various computer systems and producing printed materials according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Inputting alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer systems.Verifying data for accuracy and completeness before entering it into databases or systems.Generating printed materials such as reports, labels, forms, and other documents.Operating printing equipment and ensuring proper functioning and maintenance.Ensuring printed materials meet quality standards and specifications.Sorting and organizing documents for data entry and printing purposes.Following established procedures and guidelines for data entry and printing tasks.Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors regarding progress and issues.Performing other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.Skills and Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry or printing is a plus.Proven experience in data entry and/or printing operations preferred.Proficiency in using computers and data entry software (e.g., MS Office Suite, data management systems).Knowledge of printing techniques, equipment, and materials.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and printing tasks.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.Working Conditions:Comic-con event environment May require prolonged periods of sitting and repetitive motion.Occasionally may need to lift or move supplies or equipment.Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
