Water Mitigation Dispatcher
Full-Time | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM Shift
We’re a fast-paced water damage restoration company seeking a sharp, customer-focused Dispatcher to join our team. You’ll be the critical link between panicked homeowners, field techs, and insurance adjusters—keeping everything running smoothly 24/7.
What You’ll Do:
Answer high-volume emergency calls with calm, confident customer service
Dispatch techs, schedule jobs, and update clients in real time
Enter data accurately into QuickBooks (invoicing, job tracking, payments)
Handle light collections follow-up with professionalism
Solve urgent scheduling conflicts and prioritize jobs under pressure

What You Bring:
Top-tier customer service—you thrive on turning chaos into calm
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
QuickBooks proficiency (invoicing, reports, basic bookkeeping)
Accurate data entry and attention to detail
Collections experience (polite but firm follow-up)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a big plus—not required
Reliable, tech-savvy, and comfortable with overnight hours
Pay & Perks:
