A busy two-attorney law firm has an immediate opening for a full-time Front Desk Reception/Administrative Assistant position located in the Carmel Mountain Ranch/Rancho Bernardo area. Required qualifications include at least 1 year experience answering phones with excellent phone etiquette, professional appearance and demeanor, excellent writing skills, excellent attention to detail, strong scheduling and organizational skills, ability to follow verbal and written instructions, and ability to stay calm and respectful under pressure, and an innate desire to help families improve their lives.
Preferred qualifications:
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Word Perfect
Cash handling and/or accounting experience
Ability to conduct independent research
Working knowledge of social media platforms
Some college, college degree highly preferred (students ok)
Bilingual in Spanish
This challenging position will require you to be positive, outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic because you will be part of a team that helps families during life transitions - some very exciting and others very difficult.
Schedule is 30-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday 8:30am â 5:00 pm
Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
