We’re a growing property management company seeking a strong, detail oriented Front-End Manager to join our team. This key role supports the day-to-day operations of our business and ensures a smooth experience for residents and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and post rent payments: maintain accurate rent ledgers
Handle resident calls, emails, and communications with professionalism
Coordinate with vendors and support property maintenance scheduling
Prepare lease-related notices, addendums, and documentation
Oversee move-in and move-out processes, including photos and inspections
Conduct exterior inspections and post notices when needed
Maintain organized filing systems and assist with general office tasks
Requirements:
Prior property management experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with AppFolio software
Familiarity with CAA Forms (preferred but not required)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Details:
Full-time, in office position
Office hours: Monday–Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
