Our licensed contracting business needs a Full Time Dispatcher!
Job Description
Dispatcher will be speaking with clients, entering jobs into the computer and assigning them to our handymen.
Position is in Point Loma.
The job is 40 hours a week Monday - Friday.
Qualifications
Customer Service Focus - Professional, respectful and good phone skills.
Knowledge of the Trades - Must have experience working for a construction company or enough knowledge to learn quickly when clients describe their needs.
Computer Skills - We will train you on our program, but you must be comfortable with computers and able to type in client's information as you talk with them.
Ability to juggle and multitask - Handle multiple phones ringing at times, while answering emails and texts.

Job is Monday through Friday 8 to 5. No weekends unless you want them.
