Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and personable Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for customer service. You will play a crucial role in supporting our agents, interacting with clients, and ensuring our office runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact prospects and current policyholders to generate interest in appointments.

- Accurately prepare forms, policies, and endorsements as required.

- Follow up with customers and keep agents informed.

- Provide prompt and professional customer service.

- Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the agent.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience with a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows, is desirable.

- Experience in marketing and customer service is a plus.

- Knowledge of insurance products is advantageous but not required.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues quickly.

- Ability to relate effectively to customers, offering clear communication and building rapport.

- Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.

- A proactive approach, taking initiative both individually and as part of a team.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Positive attitude and determination to meet goals despite challenges.

- Spanish Speaker is a Plus
