Accent Awnings® is searching for an experienced and dependable inside Sales Representative to join our San Diego office and showroom of over 45 years for a healthy employment opportunity. This is an in-person position, full-time and typically long-term & the pay rate increases with experience. Our average office employee has worked here for over 10 years and is reliable, mature, energetic & responsible. Company maintains a positive work environment with friendly coworkers. Our typical customers are high-end residential or small commercial locations. Full Time $21.00 Hourly Wage with Overtime, Paid Vacations and 6 Paid Holidays, Medical & Optional Dental Insurance and & 401 K starting in 90 days.

JOB SUMMARY / REQUIREMENTS:

-Be willing to work Tuesday – Friday 9am-5pm and 9am-2pm Saturdays

-At least 2 years Office Admin experience required

-Strong communication, organizational, verbal and written ability

-Learn Accent product knowledge, company processes and applications

-Take sales and customer service calls, direct calls to appropriate departments, set customer appointments over the phone

-Online lead follow ups and scheduling

-Provide customers with phone quotes and in person showroom quotes

-Functional knowledge of Office 365 software & ability to comfortably navigate computers

-Paid, one-on-one in person training
