Service and repair compny needs a full charge Office Administrator to assist in growing our company. You should have experience in scheduling, dispatching, time management, Quickbooks, CRM, AR and AP.
RESPONSABILITIES:
Manage records and information
Serve as a main contact for our technicians and customers
Answer direct phone calls and general emails
Assist in financial transactions, which may include making deposits, sending invoices and paying bills
At all times, deliver service with a great attitude and high professional standards
Schedule, dispatch, follow up on all technicians and the corresponding documentation
Seek, cultivate new clients, marketing, sales
AR, AP, bookkeeping
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Strong leadership qualities
Quickbooks, Scheduling, dispatching
Technically proficient in office applications such as Google works and MS Office
Able to focus on phones, emails, updates, etc at the same time
