Office Assistant

We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities:

Provide support to team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.

Greet and assist with client communications, inquiries, and document preparation.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.

Process invoices and expense reports.

Manage office supplies and equipment inventory and coordinate maintenance as needed.

Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree a plus.

Previous experience in an office environment and administrative role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), QuickBooks, Adobe, and other office software.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong computer knowledge and comfort with learning new technology and programs.
