We are a busy travel related company located in the Mira Mesa/Sorrento Valley area. We are looking for an office assistant who will come in 4 to 5 days a week, Monday through Friday from about 11.00am until 5.00pm. We are looking for a fast paced, multitasking individual who can answer calls, process paperwork and drive to close by customer locations (within 3-4 miles) for picking up paperwork and dropping off documents. Individual must be well versed with computer operations, email etc, detail oriented and must be able to work independently. Some accounting experience with Quickbooks preferable but not necessary. Individual will need to do substantial amount of data entry, record keeping and updates to status report in addition to answering phone calls and processing paperwork. Must have good typing speed. Opportunity to increase hours as business grows. Occasional driving to Los Angeles may be required to deliver documents. Must have reliable transportation. References required.
The position will pay $19.00/hour.
