We are a women’s fashion jewelry company seeking someone for Order Processing and Customer Service. This is a great opportunity to work for an online retail business with strong family values, work ethic and loyalty to their employees. The position is mostly part-time but require increased hours leading up to peak shopping periods (Mothers Day, Black Friday, Christmas).
Monday-Friday, 15-20 hrs/wk, starting at 9am
Primary Responsibilities:
- Processing of e-commerce orders with attention to detail, executing accurately and efficiently
- Be the main point of contact for correspondence with customers through email and sales platforms
- Work with production manager to ensure all orders are shipped out on time and accurately
- Develop knowledge of all product details to answer customer inquiries and successfully perform job responsibilities
- Additional administrative tasks are required ad hoc based on business needs
Secondary Responsibilities:
-must be willing to assist with miscellaneous tasks for fulfillment of daily orders
Experience and Qualifications (Required):
- Excellent written and verbal communication with an ability to balance the customer view and needs of the business
- Very Organized, reliable and punctual
- Detail oriented with time management skills
- Read, write, and transfer data accurately
- Great organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Must have own transportation to office based in Bay Ho area
- Familiar with Apple Products (able to use a company Mac computer)
- Basics of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Type 40-50 wpm
- Passion to work in family owned and operated retail business
Experience and Qualifications (Preferred):
- Experience in online customer service communication
Pay: $19-20/hr
Supplemental Pay: bonuses
