Part-Time Personal Assistant to CEO
Alliant Consulting, Inc. is rapidly expanding our operations in the San Diego area, and we’re seeking a Personal Assistant to our CEO to add to our rapidly growing team! We’re looking for an extremely reliable, organized, flexible, and trustworthy person to work between 5 to 10 hours per week, which will fluctuate depending on need. This is a part-time, mostly in person position based out of our San Diego, CA office.
The job duties will include running errands, making travel arrangements, shopping, stocking supplies, dog walking / sitting, scheduling appointments, assisting with veterinarian and other appointments, and other tasks as they arise.
The hours are flexible, mostly Monday through Friday (with rare exceptions when some work may be requested on weekends), based upon a mutual agreement between you and the CEO. The flexibility makes this position perfect for a student, a parent with children in school, or anyone who likes to make their own schedule and can work part time.
The pay is $25 - $30 per hour, depending on experience and availability.
A valid California driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a reliable vehicle is a must. You will be using your own vehicle and will be reimbursed for mileage per IRS guidelines.
