Full-time Payroll Admin. Assistant position available at well established traffic control company. Experience a must.
JOB ANNOUNCEMENT
Ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years' experience in payroll department. Computer knowledge a must. Proficient in QuickBooks, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Payroll Software. Ability to work independently, multi-task, use good judgement, and be a team player. Excellent verbal and written skills, high degree of attention to detail, and data entry accuracy. Must be dependable, punctual, and have reliable transportation. Salary commensurate with experience.
JOB DUTIES
Prepare employee packets
Process new employee files
Coding of time cards
Process weekly payrolls
Complete and submit compliance documents
Submit certified payroll via DIR, Prism, LCP Tracker
Input payroll data to QuickBooks
Other duties as assigned
