The position available is an Receptionist at Associated Professional Services (San Diego, CA)
Associated Professional Services is a bookkeeping company that provides financial and community management services to Homeowners Associations across the San Diego region. We are recruiting a full-time new employee to be our front desk representative. This role is the first point of contact to our Company, must be outgoing, friendly, courteous while greeting company's clients and vendors. Daily duties will consist of answering calls and emails, retrieving and delivering mail to post office, opening, processing and distributing mail throughout the office, scanning, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer phone calls and emails
Assisting clients and vendors in person
Pick up/drop off mail
Post mail
Contact vendors
Scan documents
Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
Customer Service Skills
Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally with clients and team members
Work and Detail oriented
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments in a fast paced working environment
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
Position Type Full-time / Expected Hours of work Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5pm.
