ACTIVITIES:
1. Answer telephones, provide information to callers, take messages, transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
2. Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
3. Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
4. Operate office equipment such as, copiers, and phone systems.
5. Use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, data entry, and other applications.
WORKING SCHEDULE:
Monday through Friday, 9AM to 3PM, (30 hours)
