Law Firm located in Carlsbad is seeking a full-time Reception/Office Coordinator. Position will provide full support including: answering calls, scheduling client appointments, and responding to emails in a professional manner; file, scan and upload highly sensitive documents; prepare/set up for meetings and assist with maintaining an organized environment. Candidates must come with a minimum of 1 year performing the above tasks; demonstrate proficiency in MS Word, Excel and emailing; have strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to read, write, speak, and compose emails effectively; and possess a friendly, professional demeanor. This is an excellent opportunity to gain entry into and grow within the legal profession. This is a full-time position M-F 8am-5pm.
