Are you eager to kick-start your career in recruitment within a thriving industry? We’re seeking a motivated Entry-Level Recruiter to join our Construction Labor and Administrative Department. While the job can be challenging, the rewards are significant as you help build a strong team.
About the Role:
As a recruiter, you will manage all in-house staffing needs for our external employees. This role is dynamic and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Candidates: Review resumes and identify potential candidates for various positions.
Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls with candidates and team members.
Interviews: Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure a good fit.
Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Scheduling/Dispatching: Coordinate schedules and dispatch employees as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Comfortable handling phone communications.
Excellent attendance and follow-through.
Reliable transportation and full coverage insurance (or ability to obtain).
Availability for a Monday-Friday schedule, with some weekend availability as needed.
Must commit to two weeks of split shifts for training: working from 5 AM to 9 AM (dispatch) and then returning from 3 PM to 7 PM (scheduling).
