GraphicLab is hiring a sales support and personal assistant for our sales manager and co-founder. This will be a full time position with the potential for a hybrid schedule (4 days on site and 1 day remote).

Skills:
Attention to detail, independent thinker, articulate in communications (email and phone), diligent, “go getter" attitude, positive and calm in all situations and able to follow directions accurately and timely.
Basic understanding of CRM systems (will train).
Job Description:
You will be working hand in hand with the sales manager and co-founder of the company. Daily tasks include entering orders into the CRM system (commonsku), checking in with production to make sure jobs are on schedule, communicating with vendors to get production status updates and tracking information, emailing updates to clients and developing new product ideas for marketing and branding. There will be occasional trade shows to attend as an exhibitor and as an attendee, client onsite visits and new product seminars.
The office is attached to the production facility, so you will get to see screen printing, embroidery and graphic design in real time and get to routinely interact with clients who are picking up their orders.
Even though this is not a SALES job, there is future opportunity to take on sales if you want. This job is mostly supporting existing customers and orders.
