Job Title: Account Executive – Private Real Estate Lending

Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the relationships we have with our real estate investors and developers. Managing the full lending process from origination to closing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of real estate finance, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales or account management.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain strong relationships with clients, including investors, developers, and brokers (we have a large book of business)
Manage the entire sales cycle, from intake to closing deals, while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.
Collaborate with the underwriting and loan processing teams to ensure smooth and timely loan approval and funding.
Analyze clients' financial needs and offer tailored lending solutions to meet their investment objectives.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and loan transactions in CRM systems. (salesforce)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in real estate lending, financial services, or a related sales/account management role.
Strong understanding of real estate lending products, including bridge loans, hard money loans, and other financing solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
[Optional] Relevant certifications in real estate finance or lending (e.g., Mortgage Loan Originator license, DRE ec)
