Bookkeeper + Admin Assistant / Mon-Friday 9AM-1PM
Predominant Job Duties:
Bookkeeping and Spreadsheet Knowledge Required: Appfolio + Excel/Google Sheets
Record & Reconcile Customer Transaction Ledgers
Communicate with customers, employees, and others to answer questions and address complaints.
Coordinate maintenance service requests with vendors
Check emails for bills/invoices & Phone for messages
Misc Administrative duties
Qualifications:
Bilingual: English & Spanish
Pass background check
Pass drug test
2 Days a week (flexible, you pick the days) the applicant will be required to report in person to our office for training, go over pending issues, small meetings, etc IN PERSON. However, most of the work can be done remotely.
Training Office located in the 92110 zip code.
