Looking for a semi-entry level person to assist and be trained by a retiring property manager to help manage about 100 apartment units in the Chula Vista area. The person will need to be honest, trustworthy, reliable, friendly, bilingual, have a vehicle and a valid California driver's license with a good driving record, experience with Quickbooks Online, Excel, computer skills involving email, texting, scanning, preparation of letters, notices, Word and/or Docs. Willingness to be trained in, or experience with property management including rent collections and accounting for same, rental negotiations, tenant selection, Section 8 all a bonus.
