Job Description:
Investment Associate / Business Development, the ideal candidate must have strong writing and oral communication skills. This is an opportunity to be exposed to every facet of an extremely successful commercial real estate firm. The candidate must be proactive, have business marketing sense, be outgoing and have good phone skills with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Qualifications:
- Current Real Estate License or on Path to Obtain Real Estate License
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- College Degree Not Required
- No Experience Required
- Part-Time Considered for the Right Candidate

- Location: Solana Beach
- Hours: Flexible, 20-40 hours per week
- Compensation: Competitive Hourly, Salary + Commission
