Property Management Company with an immediate opening for a Leasing Agent and Team Member. We are seeking an individual to take pride and ownership of their role. Our company is continually growing and is looking for someone to grow with the company as we continue to increase our portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have the following minimum requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license, access to a reliable car, and be open to driving throughout central San Diego area (conducting showings, etc.)
- A friendly personality, as well as excellent verbal, people, and telephone skills
- A professional demeanor and an ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task and track daily follow ups in imperative to success in the position.
- Ability to work full-time weekdays
- AppFolio experience highly preferred
The incumbent is held responsible, but not limited, to the following job responsibilities:
- Use of our leasing software, AppFolio, to communicate with potential tenants and current tenants. Schedule showings via phone and email, within 8 hours of receiving an inquiry.
- Schedule and attend showings for all portfolio vacancies.
- Update, refresh, and create marketing write-ups & postings for vacancies to use in conjunction with different platforms
- Answer phones and respond to general inquiries regarding properties and leasing
- Clear communication with the team
- Must have proven organization skills and ability to multi task
